Who actually files my immigration application?+
A CICC-licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Nimmi prepares everything — the consultant reviews and submits to IRCC. This is required by Canadian law and we follow it strictly.
How much does this cost?+
Eligibility checks and phone consultations are free. Service prices vary — typically 25% less than walking into a traditional consultant office. You see exact pricing before paying, after we confirm you qualify.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. All documents in ImmiBook are encrypted and stored on AWS servers in Canada (ca-central-1) — never leaves the country. Only you and your RCIC (when you choose to share) can access them.
What if I don't qualify for a service?+
We'll tell you immediately and suggest better-fitting alternatives. You won't pay anything for a service you can't use. Often we redirect to a free phone consultation so you understand your real options.
Can I use Nimmi if I am outside Canada?+
Yes — most of our services work for applicants outside Canada too. PGWP and study permit extensions require you to be in Canada, but PR applications, visitor visas, and consultations work from anywhere.
How fast is Nimmi vs a traditional consultant?+
Application prep is dramatically faster — we automate the data entry that traditional consultants do by hand. But IRCC processing times are the same regardless of who files. We get your application in front of IRCC faster; what IRCC does next is up to them.
